INFORMATION
We thank everyone in advance for the support in making our previous 8 Huapango Sin Fronteras festivals a success! Now the time has arrived and our ninth event is upon us, which will be held on Saturday May 21, 2022 at Flaming Club (8619 Hwy 183 Austin, Texas) and transmitted via our YouTube & Facebook pages. We will be featuring outstanding huapango musicians from both the Huasteca and Sierra Gorda regions of Mexico. These musicians currently reside in California, Texas, & Mississippi among other places. Artists include Hector Quintana y sus Haupangueros, Toño Jimenez, Trio Santuario Huasteco, Raul Orduña & Los Trovadores, Danza de Indios Chichimecas, and Ballet Folkorico.
This is a family event and we invite all huapango lovers from both Mexico and the United States to join us in this now in person event. Despite all the obstacles we've had to face during these difficult times, we are thankful to be able to realize this years festival with open doors to continue creating significant moments and promote culture.
